Your Store is configured to help you deliver great service.
- Your customers can reach you directly through the platform, with questions on any item you offer for sale. These questions are logged in your store’s dashboard, where you can reply to them (or simply reply to them when they arrive via your phone).
- Once the sale has been made, your customers might contact you by opening a support ticket on your store – you will be notified by email should this happen, and the support requests are logged in your store’s dashboard
